Alprothane Prepolymers

We have come with the Alprothane Prepolymers for our customers. Inclusive of immobilization of biocatalysts, these polyurethane elastomers are widely used for a number of applications. Coming with their high resistance to impact and tear as well as excellent electrical insulation properties, these elastomers are well appreciated in the markets. Moreover, these alprothane prepolymers provide a water tight seal.

Alprothane 4000

We are providing the beneficial Alprothane 4000 for our customers. Inclusive of sporting equipment, these elastomers are widely used of various applications. Coming with their good chemical, oil and hydrolysis resistance as well as high resistance to impact and tear, the offered elastomers are much demanded in the markets. Moreover, these elastomers have a low viscosity for their ease of processing.

Mixing Ratio:

• Cured density: 1.0 to 1.1

Processing Procedure:
• Alprothane should be heated to 80 to 85OC and thoroughly degassed at 1 to 5 mm Hg of vacuum until excessive foaming stops
• The hardener, MOCA should be melted at 110 to 120OC and added to Alprothane
• After adding MOCA, mix the mixture thoroughly ensuring not to introduce air into the mixture
• Pour the mixture into the moulds that have been preheated to: 80 to 100°C

Specifications:
• % NCO: 3 - 4 %
• Colour and Appearance: Slight hazy to clear light colour liquid
• Packing: 20 kg & 200 kg

Alprothane 5000

We have come with the Alprothane 5000 for our customers. Including the die pads and spring cushions, these elastomers have a wide application area. Owing to their excellent scratch and abrasion resistance and high resistance to impact and tear, these elastomers are well appraised among the customers. Moreover, these elastomers come with their good electrical insulation properties and extended shelf life.

• Alprothane should be heated to 70 to 85°C and thoroughly degassed at 1 to 5 mm Hg of vacuum until excessive foaming stops
• The hardener, MOCA should be melted at 110 – 120OC and added to Alprothane. After adding MOCA
• Mix the mixture thoroughly ensuring not to introduce air into the mixture
• Pour the mixture into the moulds that have been preheated to 80 to 100°C

Specifications:
• NCO: 4 to 5 %
• Colour and Appearance: Slight hazy to clear light colour liquid
• Packings: 20 Kg & 200 Kg









Alprogel 2000

Realizing the precise needs of our customers, we are offering the Alprogel 2000 for them. Inclusive of joint sealing of optical fibers and cables, the offered elastomers are used for a range of applications. Coming with their excellent scratch and abrasion resistance as well as good chemical, oil and hydrolysis resistance, the offered elastomers are much demanded in the markets. Also, these elastomers come with water tight seal.

Alprothane 6020

Alprothane 6020 is one component polyurethane elastomer system. On exposure to air at room temperature, the system cures to form a highly flexible elastomeric material.

Alpro Cast 4000

Lympro’s Alpro Cast 4000 is a two-component polyurethane elastomer system. On mixing Alprothane 4000 with MOCA system at 50oc temperature it cures to form a Rigid and flexible elastomeric material. The product is available having varying Shore A Hardness from 55 to 95.

Other Details:
• Take ALPROTHANE 4000 , HEAT IT @ 60OC,
• Degass it till all air bubbles vanish
• Simultaneously melt the hardener approx @120OC[ the ratio is 100 : 16, resin : hardener]
• Mix both the products
• Again apply the vacuum for a minute
• Pour the mass in duly heated mould [ temp. around 50OC]
• Demould the mass after curing say around 2 hrs.
• Keep the mass in oven for 8 hours @ 100OC










Alprothane 6070/6090

Alprothane 6070/6090 is a liquid isocyanate terminated pre-polymer room temperature curing system. Polymers made from alprothane 6070/6090 by reacting with hardener offers the elasticity of rubber combined with toughness and durability of metal. It allows replacing rubber, plastic and metal with the ultimate in abrasion resistance and outstanding resilience.
